Once you place an order in my shop, you acknowledge that you read, understood and accepted these rules below.
NO RETURNS. Please make sure you are purchasing the right fabric as I NO longer accept returns.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Office ONLY.
I DO NOT USE UPS, FEDEX or any other shipper. I do offer shipping upgrades to Priority Mail and Express Mail in your cart.

All orders ship First Class Mail for a flat fee $5.95 and with a transit time anywhere from 3-10 days.
5 yards Lot Specials in the Sale Section ship for flat rate $8.95

I offer Priority Mail shipping upgrade in the cart for $8.95 if you need a shorter transit time, with the option of processing and shipping your order the same day.
I also offer Express MAil 1-2 days for $25 that is guaranteed delivery in 1-2 days depending on your location.

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you live in Gilbert, Arizona or nearby and want to pick up your package in person, let me know before shopping. I go to the Post Office every day at 4:30PM and I can meet you then to hand you the package and I have a code you can use so you don't have to pay for shipping.

ORDER CANCELATION

I do accept order cancellations only before your order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, there's nothing I can do.
You can refuse the package once it's delivered, put it back in your mailbox and write "REFUSED" on the label, I will refund you the cost of the fabrics less the shipping charge you paid, also - I will deduct any shipping discounts or other discounts you have received once I get the package and process your return.

DO YOU FUSSY-CUT THE FABRICS?

I DO NOT FUSSY-CUT the fabrics, so please make sure you order enough fabric if you need to fussy cut the fabric for your project!
I cut the fabric straight out from the bolt - as it comes - and I try to line up the sides of the fabric as close as possible then cut the length you purchased.
I only fussy-cut panels and fabrics that have stripes or patterns that can be easily fussy-cut.

CAN I WASH THE FABRIC?

The majority of the fabric in the store is 100% cotton, which shrinks!
To minimize shrinkage, we recommend to machine wash the fabric in cold water with like colors, gentle cycle, use only non-chlorine bleach and tumble dry low temperature or line dry to maintain color and size.
Warm iron if needed.
Please keep in mind that this is 100% cotton fabric that will shrink A LOT if you wash it with hot water or dry it on high heat!

CAN I VISIT YOUR SHOP? CAN I PICK UP MY FABRIC IN PERSON?

Sassy Fabrics is an Internet store only. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. If you live in Gilbert AZ or nearby, I do offer the possibility to come to the Post Office in Gilbert to pick up your fabric in person, so you don't have to pay shipping.
Please contact me for details if you want to pick up your fabric.

LOST PACKAGES

Before contacting me, please check your email.
When your order is shipped, you receive an email from my shop with estimated delivery date and tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package and check your mailbox on the delivery date.

What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.

Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package, some envelopes/boxes will be left on your porch
See if someone else accepted the delivery, your neighbor or another family member.
99% of missing packages are delivered to your neighbor. Please ask your neighbor if they have your package first. I understand that this is a drag in these COVID times but it's not my fault either if your package is delivered to your next-door neighbor. This is the first thing I suggest if you contact me.

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the Post Office and the tracking number shows that the package was delivered, ETSY stores are not responsible for replacement if a package is stolen from your mailbox, front your front porch or delivered to your next-door neighbor.
Please contact your neighbor, your mailman or your local post office to resolve this issue.
